Valley IT Services started with a single goal in mind – provide world class customer service to all clients. This is the same principle we used to build Baltimore Consulting since 2004 and it’s a characteristic that is often missed in the technology field. We have found that taking the extra time to sit down and really understand the client’s business, needs, and concerns, helps everything else to fall into place. When you can foster this type of relationship, everything runs a lot more smooth because all the info is out in the open and both parties truly appreciate the working relationship.

We provide managed services to local business around the mid-atlantic area. Not sure what managed services are? It’s quite simple really: we manage your entire network and take care of the day-to-day IT needs. This includes things such as patch management to make sure all your systems and software are up to date; monitoring to identify current and potential problems; backup so you don’t need to worry about losing your data; and many other tasks that we’d be glad to talk to you about.
